Company doing press as part of re-brand to Ayr Strategies

Company doing press as part of re-brand to Ayr StrategiesWow - this re-brand has happened faster than I expected. Looks like the new OpCo name will be Ayr Strategies. Pretty clear the mgmt team had this Bloomberg interview done ahead of time and ready to drop as soon as the Sira deal closed. By next Monday they will be trading with new ticker symbol & name. Glad to see the Bloomberg piece highlights CSA's focus on profitability - crazy that buying EBITDA profitable companies is a differentiated strategy in the U.S. cannabis space, but it is. https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2019-05-24/goldman-bank-of-america-alumni-start-pot-firm-it-makes-money Less
