Doing a little more DD on Denarius Silver.  Denarius started trading in March 2021 at around .50 with 207 million shares out.
Gran Columbia owns 27% or 55,800,000 shares and 22,200,000 warrants exercisable at .80 for 4 years. According to "Canadian
Warrants" there is no acceleration clause. King street capital owns 19% or 39,000,000 shares and I am guessing around
14,000,000 warrants. That means that only around 1,000.000 shares and 40 million warrants are available for other traders
and a lot of these are held by other Insiders such as Directors and Serafino Iacona, Executive Chairman of GCM. Don't think GCM
will be selling anytime soon, as Serafino has been buying steadily since July.  He started with a purchase of 16,000 in July and has purchased
in every month since.  According to TD Webbroker Insider reports he held 691,250 indirectly at the end of 2021. His first purchase this year was
for 67,000 shares listed as a direct buy.  Not sure why but my interpretation would suggest this could also be positive. Note one definition
found below. Daily trading volumes of the stock remain low.  I am hoping mainly due to lack of promotion. Denarius has hired a
Swiss Company to do promotion, however I have not seen any evidence that they have started, I expect volumes will continue to be
light until the general market gets factored into the equation.  I have a significant position of both stock and warrants.  The warrants
are a little harder to come by.  Ask is in the .50's.  Highest they have sold for is .45.  Not many large lots have sold, but a few have picked
nice lots in the low .30's. Warrants are a lot more risky but the payback can be enormous.  For example if Denarius  does not hit .80 in the next
four years they would become worthless. but if the stocks hits lets say $3.00.  The warrant will be worth $3..00 -.80 =  $2.20 plus some time factor. Not bad
for a .30 investment.  I bought Organigram warrants a few years ago at .15 to .30. Got rid of most of them in high ones.  Silver stocks IMO are lot more
tangible than marijuana  stocks.  At this point I am looking at Denarius as a long term hold unless things change.  At this stage of the game I am
am only betting on Lomero and have not really took their two Columbian projects into consideration.  They could both be icing on the cake.
