Falcon is the owner of CRU Cannabis and The Clear Concentrates, both are massive cannabis resellers/growers with their own extraction capabilities. Who knows what Falcon's margins are like either, perhaps they operate on a volume based company much like Halo. In such a case it would be prudent for Falcon would be to claim a stake in ownership in Halo, and keep the contracts alive.

The real question is, why would they contract out Halo in the first place when they can already do this themselves? Is it because they simply need a hand processing tonnes of Cannabis short term, or is there something more persuading them to team up with a publicly listed company. I'm not some happy-go-lucky pumper, but I am not satisfied with your short sighted and cynical basic analysis, again, this is probably not the speculative company you are looking for, JMark80.

The more obvious bet is if Halo can improve net revenue and hopefully their margins. This is perhaps the most common criticism of any cannabis company. Sometimes cheeseburgers outsell steak, or vice versa, but there is more to it. Many people think the "cheap one is bad" when in reality they would not be able to discern high THC concentrate products apart. It's good enough to land the contract though for Phoenix's subsidaries though and also grab 20% dominance in Orego, so they do have something.

You are looking for a unicorn too, judging your posts you want a high margin, high quality, high market share company that is ideally undevalued. LOL. Hit up when you find that, but until then, I'll keep thinking outside of the box to make money in this sector.

We will see where this is headed when the next report is out.

Found it.
