RE:RE:Collin Belkin is head of irIt was only a 6 month contract with a chance to renew. Why would you ask if it's until 2020? I believe if they are keeping the original product line because of existing distribution deals and Falcon products already being successfully in stores, they will not immediately change the existing operation. Typically when a company is bought out, contracts will stay in place as it was brokered as a cost effective deal. Harvest PR from Febuary 14: Manufacturing: Sophisticated automation and production capabilities with capacity for over one million packaged units per month. The company is currently expanding their facility to triple capacity, which includes additional space for joint ventures or other co-located manufacturing relationships. This is evidence and a strong case that they will continue to use Halo Labs as Falcon/Harvest works on their expansion. In the meantime, I see Halo brokering more process agreements. The bet with this company is that more contracts roll in. If you are not confident in that, you should have got out a long time ago.
