Today's IIROC Short Sale Summary shows ABO still very active shorting. Last 15 days 18,213,000 shares shorted at a cost ave. of .0315. This represents 53% of shares traded on the NEO. OMI HALO is waiting for ABO to exhaust their Debentures before consolidating shares. Limits the downside at current levels
