The below comment I feel is/was a little to aggressive.

 "So what does this do for NHC?  I have changed my mind on when and how high the stock price will go.  I now think if they start paying a 2 cent per month dividend in the Spring timeframe, the stock price will quickly go to around $4.  It won't take until year-end."

I stated earlier from talking with the company and fully understanding their financials perhaps the "in network” revenue may not be as much as the Rube dude is expecting. With that said the way thinks went today it would appear you two may very well be right on with your thinking and I'm being overly conservative.  Either way, good luck with your investment.
