They need to announce they their law firm is "Investigating how and incorrect and slanderous anonymous blog posting that was posted on an anonymous investor web site made it way on the nasdaq.com web site". The only reputable component of this whole short seller attack on NHC.
Because, that's the core story here that needs to be investigated! The rest is all known risks that any credible investor should have known. the 60% accurate statements in that short attack blog are ALL from official filings.
Until that time, enjoy the knfe. It's a little dull....
