Seems like the NHC brass is fearful of something, whether it's reporting inaccurate information, being spooked by the recent accusatory report, etc...... In my view, the last thing you want to do after your company has been the target of damaging accusations is to provide an inaccurate earnings report, but a close second is to delay the date of those results for reasons that seem suspicious.....What percentage of professionally managed, publically-traded companies delay their earnings results for the reasons cited in NHC's news release....?......Again, it's particularly damaging to investor confidence given they have been the target of damaging accusations......I can certainly understand why investors would be tempted to sell off NHC after today's press release - They don't know how many other shoes may drop and what effect it will have on the share price.......Are people trying to catch a falling knife here......?
