Yes broker...I agree with you also that it is time to move forward...but letting them off the hook is not in the cards as they are, at least in my books, partly responsible for the shorts being so right on this one and that have caused undue losses because I suspect there was a known material event that was not disclosed in a timely fashion.
I tend to agree with you on this clubhouse. Here's to hoping we have a positive outcome pre-Christmas and that everyone who is underwater (including me) recovers by Q4 reporting. I have asked IR a follow up question and will post any response I get. Cheers.
