RE:RE:RE:HOLD ON TIGHTLY

RE:RE:RE:HOLD ON TIGHTLYGood morning mden2. Thanks for your post. Just wondering if you have ever been involved in switching a company's financials from GAAP to IFRS and if you could share any knowledge you have with respect to this. Thanks.

I am controller for a publicly listed company in Toronto and if this happened to the company I worked for, I would not have a job nor would my CFO. Usually when auditors are changed ( I was involved with one in the company) the new auditors meet with management and the old auditors to see if there are any potential issues that will be contentious. This is done way before the announcement and agreement. Clearly there is a wide disagreement on the various issues. Again this should have been resolved a long time ago, so for this to linger on is very worrisome. You would think there are daily meetings to resolve this. Full disclosure, I am waiting to get into this name but I am a little chicken sh** . Usually where there is smoke, there is fire. I am in MSL, that has suffered along with every other pharma company.
