IR response re:q3 and q4 guidance

Not sure if I posted this already. My question was asked Jan 7
Q : Good morning Cole, given Mr. Lloyd's resignation, does Nobilis still stand by their Q3 preliminary financial numbers and their Q4 guidance ?

A : Of course. This has no impact on operations. Mr. Lloyd decided to leave on his own and Mr. Fleming, who was been with the company since it began its massive growth spurt in 2013, will be taking over as CEO.
