Perhaps Jan.31 was a realistic target and had to be in the 8K and something came up....seems plausible. I'm not concerned about the closing, with a rev. run rate of $1M per day going forward, this deal only amounts less than 2 weeks revs. I'm more so taking issue with mgmt not doing what they say they are going to do. Many examples of this even after the original SA -- guidance promises, acq promises, late financials --- just fully frustrated. They gotta get the sp to clear the May 2016 high at some point after Q4 release in order to quell the shorts
