Delisting

DelistingSome posts about delisting on other chat boards. They are not a candidate presently. The NYSE American which HLTH trades on, has a 30 day average, 20 cent requirement. IF it goes below 20 cents it is put on a performance review for 6 months in order to give them time to get their price above 20 cents a share. The big board, which is not what HLTH trades on, has a 1 dollar share price requirement. This was information that I received in an email from Noblilis IR in August. As far as earnings, or lack of go, in November, should be interesting how their AR is going. The indication in their September presentation was that they were improving AR for q3 but q4 would be a significant improvement. Who knows? We'll see.
