To date, Longs know how far this firm has come in so little time. Point is it's about management's ability to execute well, quickly & decisively.
The beauty of this firm is it's biz verticals that also have Blue Sky opportunties for biz growth & shareholders wealth building. Just by being patient alone. Letting management do the heavy lifting in making this firm go Blue Chip. That lifting made much easier, thanks to BioCloud.
There is an olde saying, Risk comes from not knowing what you're doing ! Bye Bye Risk with your DD of KNR & being Long should, IMO, provide also that ' Peace of Mind ' now & into the future.
Management has repeatedly stated, No interest @ all in share dilution. Enough cash flow from warrants/options/normal course of biz verticals to keep dilution buried. The firm, in actuality, has proven it's ability to take on debt without share dilution.
31.5M shares out there. 44% held by Insiders. Looks real good to me.
Keep in mind too that they have past experience with CSA, so, IMO, all systems go when news is released upon CSA approval. To be talking of outsourcing mfg., it means partnerships with NDAs. @ 10,000 - 20,000 units per month, it's very serious biz and how serious & real ? Very real as talks are ongoing. Not a joke here, as this means real, serious $$$$ & real commitments for all parties involved to meet extraordinary, immediate demand.
The potential, eg. institutional clients, are not just in Canada but elsewhere. The world is a big place with real strong demand for smarter, safer working spaces.
The beauty too of the BioCloud being successful is that the significant cash flows involved will further enhance their present biz verticals plus may provide further Blue Sky opportunties that can/will arise.
Safe to say, BioCloud also may/can open more biz doors for OEM HVAC Clients globally. All wishing to have Smarter/Safer Buildings too.
The team @ KNR have already a proven track record to date of solid, great execution of biz plans/opportunties.
In the next 30 - 60 days, we can all look forward to NRs on:
a) how low the detection levels are for Covid with BioCloud
b) commercial milestones
c) when production is ready for ' lift off '
d) govt. participations
e) more surprises ? !
So little time really. Leading to so much value, IMO. Patience will have far more value for we Longs than we may/can imagine.
