RE:Must read

RE:Must read I like the enthusiasm in the article but feel that there are a couple of blatant issues with the info provided. First off, there is competition. Paul alluded to this in the article I posted earlier. Paul is confident in what BioCloud can do but indicated that there is a rush to get out of the gate first with that type of technology. Secondly, the use of $12,000 per unit sales price is again misleading. Yes, if you are purchasing a handful of units you probably will pay $12,000 per unit. We all know by now that Paul is not going after small purchase lots initially. He wants to focus on large sized orders (I would hesitate to guess 1,000 units plus) and Paul has confirmed there will be bulk order discounts. If you assume an order of 1,000 units gets a 20% discount you will still look at a sales price per unit of approx $9,600. With an estimated 60% margin KNR would still do very well netting just under $6,000 per unit. For these 1,000 units that is a cool $6,000,000 in net profit. These are still fantastic numbers for a relatively small order. I am sure the number of units sold will be many, many multiples of this regardless if KNR's BioCloud are first out of the gate. Who knows what the sales, discounts and margins will end up being. The important thing to note is that BioCloud commercialization is very probable and KNR shares will be valued much, much higher than where they are today. Sit back and let this play out. Buy more shares if you have the chance. There is a lot of money to be made, in my opinion. Do your own DD and make sure you challenge the assumptions you read about whether positive or negative. LTD1
