" before you get to sales, you have to have first your manufacturing infracstructures in place. You have to be ready to built your units, you have to have all the manufacturing capacity at your disposal, as the executive looking out you are more worry about your infracstructures and being able to fullfill a client order than you are about what the sales are today".
