I don't see him registered as a lobbyist in Ontario or federally.

I have little doubt that he would have a equity position in KNR.

It is unfortunate that he has a checkered past.


I personally wouldn't go as far as a checkered past when the registrar said his noncompliance was inadvertent.  Maybe amateurish in his attention to regulatory detail as a newbie in the field.  Prime ministers have done much worse and some people think they're saints.  If he's learned from his mistake, meh, I don't see it as a concern moving forward.
