You don't wait for some unknown timeframe to get on it.

You plan for and give hope that we can re-open......now.
No chill needed. Continue on the plan to get things re-opened safely. Stay on that course.
(unless of course you dont want bioclouds to be the solution or you would like a lower entry point on the stock......hmmmm)
