Markets usually overshoot true value, yet the newsrelease suggesting a capacity of $300 million in monthly revenues did not resonate whatsoever. Need KNR to provide some rationale for applying for funding to double their manufacturing capacity. As I write this I know that one could say that it is pretty self-explanatory, but is it? We heard of no significant orders and their current capacity is $150 million in monthly revenues. So, with the paperwork for the second tranche being submitted and then likely the reciept of that amount in the weeks to come, we will hopefully start seeing some tangible orders that will start portraying how things are unwinding from the demand perspective. But again, 5% of that manufacturing capacity being sold would make this a $10 stock so it is not like we have to shoot the moon to make a decent return. So, I am personally more confused than excited at this point. When I become excited, I will gladly pay a premium price for additional shares compared to the current price.

It great how schools, long term care, places of worship are a few of the places identified in the Official Ontario Government press release in February.
