I don't anything about this technology per se.  But I do know how to read financial statements and know how to perform bottoms up valuation.  I pair that with technical analysis.  

So, whatever this company says the potential and opportunity is, the way to fact check is do those beliefs show up in the financial statements.  Why is inventory building?  Why are margins declining?  Why did they go for incredibly costly equity financing vs. retaining more control and using debt?  

I've seen this movie play out before we in other companies and so just thought I would try to help you and your fellow retail investors out.  At the very least have a call with this Managment team and ask them these questions.
