Yes, firt appeared with Global acqun. $7.5MM for a reveue order book of $155MM which we can piece together further from that NR.
"With a consolidated revenue order book of $155 million, we are well poised for our next stage of growth."
They then did their forecast incl Global

'Kontrol anticipates full year revenue for 2021 will be in the $38 million range up from $13million in 2020 and anticipated 2021 Adjusted EBITDA* of $3.7 Million.'

Is that $25MM from the revenue order book (ROB)? And the EBITDA reflects the lower EBITDA margin from Global's business.

Then for 2022 they anticipated revenues in the range of $65 to $70 million and Adjusted EBITDA* in the range of $4.5 to $4.8 million.

So maybe $35/50MM from Global business but even lower EBITDA margin for some reason even though internalizing HVAC upgrades?

Anyway Global's original ROB decreases to say $130MM but they've added some amount to make it $160MM. Is that all Global?

Pretty confusing if one wants a pictue of KNR's own revenue growth from Global + Steelcase+ Biocloud!

Need better data, not these 'attractive' high level numbers. JMHO
