RE:RE:RE:RE:from the other boardPG shared his experience a number of times when he said that smaller companies growing to about $100 million in revenues puts them on the big companies' acquisition radar. With next year's projection of $78M that I do not think includes much BC, is not too far off for a potential acquisition. You can add some BC, perhaps some additional synergistic growth, perhaps another acquisition and within 3 short years, we can easily be there. Some success and attraction of BC if it starts selling can just accelerate that. Acquisition is one thing, acquisition price is another. If the market undervalues us, folks should not expect a big company to be fixing that by giving us a huge premium. In other words, talking about $20 SP acquisition price today is a nice dream but a lot has to happen before we get there....it can be higher, but it can also be much lower. Let's start selling some BC first.

Nope....it is the business fundamentals and their assessment of what they can do with the company post acquisition. If the SP is too high, they won't make the pitch....or they actually could if controlling shareholders want to accept lower than market price for a full exit.
What is worse is that some of the mindless clowns like Mazz want to put a ridiculous earnings multiple on KNR, and have a major buy us out at that level, which is just patently absurd.
If KNR becomes an attractive takeover target at some point in the coming years, that is a bonus.
But to base one's investment choice on some far off hypothetical possibility is the epitome of foolishness.
KNR is an industrial company with a growing core business, and should be considered as such.
Yes, we have the BioCloud bonus, which does appear to be moving ahead, but that still remains a complete unknown as to how it will affect our bottom line.
I realise it is hard to not get excited, but excitement caused a lot of people to lose a lot of money on this stock. I don't imagine anyone wants to repeat that exercise.
