I wrote yesterday. As well, I want to clarify how the BioCloud device registers the presence of the COVID19. It is NOT a fire Alarm!
The device when it detects Covid-19 can send the alert over wifi that Covid has been detected to the proper authorities. A principal of a school, a pilot in a plane, or management of an office.
No sound and the alert is digital. It's not designed to cause a panic but to notify so that the appropriate actions can then be taken.

I have been doing DD on Kontrol Energy’s BioCloud Project using contacts in the medical, technology and financial sectors. As a shareholder, I believe we have a possible huge opportunity of success as they develop the BioCloud role in maintaining control of the Covid 19 virus.
First, we have a Patented/ pending Patent product that has a unique ability to capture and isolate the covid19 virus and giving instant notice of its presents in the vicinity. Thus, isolation and mitigation efforts can save lives by avoiding contagion and seeking early treatment for carriers.
It should be noted that this technique would NOT be isolated to covid 19. Management is confident any subsequent viruses could be identified.
As quoted in the company's release “Dr. David Heinrichs’, Ph.D technology will allow for the measurement of many different viruses, bacteria, and fungi beyond the immediate need for the virus that causes COVID-19.”
Believe me, there will be more such epidemics- not 1 every hundred years but, due to modern travel and open borders, the rapid spread of viruses will be the norm. And, in a dark realism, deliberate spreads may become a reality.
The BioCloud unit can cover approximately 3-4 thousand square feet, depending on wall positioning. Thus classrooms, offices, condos, apartments, homes, buses, planes, hospitals etc, etc can be covered logically.
The cost of $12,000.00 per unit seems quite reasonable and Kontrol Energy Corp should receive significant revenue. But the disposal of the captured virus must be disposed on a regular basis. It will be recommended that a positive captured virus in the detection chamber demands easy removal of the chamber and disposal and insertion of a sterile detection chamber. Such a chamber would have a cost of approx. $300.00 [all funds in us]
Thus significant recurring revenue for the company.
Management at the webcast stated they feel the company has a leadership position with BioCloud and are carefully moving forward to maintain their position.
Commercialization
“Kontrol will begin the commercialization process of BioCloud by initiating an application to the CSA Group. CSA is a leader in Standards Development and in Testing, Inspection and Certification around the world including Canada, the U.S., Europe and Asia. The CSA registered mark shows that a product has been independently tested and certified to meet recognized standards for safety or performance. Kontrol anticipates that a CSA approval can take from 30 to 45 days to complete and Kontrol has a history of working with CSA on various air quality and emission products. During the process of CSA approval, Kontrol will seek to establish lower detection limits of the COVID-19 virus. Lower detection limit specifications are part of the commercial specifications that Kontrol will deliver for a fully commercialized product. The fact that the company has applied for approval on other matters gives them hope 4-6 weeks will see approval.
They are talking to the Canadian Federal government and Provincial governments specifically for school sites. As I have previously stated, a contract with either entity would be warmly accepted by banks as collateral for loans, so that costs of BioCloud production should not entail needs for share dilution by a PP.
Once the Canadian rollout is completed there was indications from the webcast that at least 2 parties in Europe were interested. Then, of course, the world comes a calling. And probably a MAJOR company may take a look.
