Nice to hear. But surprised they are this busy prior to CSA approval. But, then its probably considered a routine approval.

We know there's plenty of interest, and this just confirms it even more. It also speaks to the dynamic I suggested might be developing where governments see this as an "arm's race" to grab whatever capacity they can, or risk losing out to other entities. I wouldn't be surprised if we see conditional orders for the first few months of supply locked in -- conditional on the ...more
