Seeking Alpha knr honeywell article

https://www.google.com/amp/s/seekingalpha.com/amp/article/4379385-honeywell-detecting-and-cleansing-air-of-covidminus-19 Not sure if you all saw this but worth a read. My take is that this is a huge positive. Being referenced in the same breath as a competitor tp honeywell at knr's size is tremendous. Good weekend all

I think Pauls Goal is to sell out to someone like Honeywell in the not to distant future if everything falls into place based on his interviews he's looking at someone like that as an exit.

I agree with you. He talks about acquisitions often and mentions that you become of interest to the big guys once you hit $50 million revenues. I am not quite sure how I feel about that being at the forefront of his thinking. Everything has the right price but as a young company on the verge of something big, I would have thought they would ride it out solo to grow tremendously for at least a few ...more

Thanks for the share of the article.  Its nice to see a post pertinent to KNR rather than all the blather about other off topic who-cares-about other penny stocks that have nothing to do with this message board. Great contribution to this board.  Thanks again.

agreed, valid input thanks folks! Would like to see KNR run alone with all of their business developments for a bit but a buyout should pan out quite nicely too. Shaping up to be a great run for the long haul either way imo

I've heard Paul mention the $50-$100 million threshold as a level at which large caps start to take notice of a company. However, as you state, that was before biocloud. Paul knows the value of biocloud. Even if he does decide to sell it, the sales price will be over $1 billion IMO.

I have to correct you. Paul said that starting from a 100 mill rev the big players will start to keep an eye on kontrol. I totally doubt that Paul will sell kontrol, if there would be an offer, in the next few months. They have worked nonstop since March on BioCloud and they want to see this product hit the market and work. Everyone who invested is kind of inpatients atm and forget that BioCloud ...more

I thought it was something like 50 million to start looking at you but doesnt matter. There is all sorts of competition, but hopefully they had done enough DD to know that it is worth getting to this point. My only concern is pricing and hopefully they can get that down with greater production numbers. The competitor with the virus killing capability I would imagine may need more stringent testing ...more

If the price is right everything is for sale.
Comment by canyousayiii on Oct 17, 2020 10:21am
Yup. But the right price is at a point in time and typically buyers look at offering some premium to the market price. It is rarely a 3-digit percentage premium.
Comment by Freddy6980 on Oct 17, 2020 10:35am
No one mentioned specifics but everything is for sale

Kontrol Technologies will be the new name not Kontrol Energy come November. They now have tech and when it comes to tech price doesn't have to reflect revenue
Comment by canyousayiii on Oct 17, 2020 12:01pm
Everything is for sale, and Paul pretty well articulated his expectation that Kontrol will be acquired by a Big. Just the question of when and the terms, and I don't think he would have been talking about it right now had they not had BioCloud. Important things coming up in weeks ahead before one can meaningfully start this discussion IMO.
