One more thing to THINK about with Kontrol
Think about it. REEEAALLLY think about it: Any of the insiders could have sold some shares at any time during 2020. Even just a few shares.
When it was in the $4’s or $5’s a few weeks back. This week as it slipped into the $3’s. When it briefly went into the $2’s.
OR when it was in the mid $6’s not too long ago.
They could have made hundreds of thousands -- if not millions of dollars -- if they wanted to.
But they DIDN’T sell.
It would have been perfectly fine and reasonable for them to have sold a few shares. To bank some of their hard-earned money. “Better safe than sorry.” or “Protect their cash from falling further.” Or “Buy something fun for themselves.”
Management do this all the time with their shares. ALL THE TIME. (Remember the Pfizer CEO??!! LOL)
I repeat THEY didn’t.
Maybe, just maybe, its because they know full well that with all that is coming down the pipe that selling now would be insane? (Remember, they know more than anyone what they have in Biocloud and they KNOW what is coming.)
Maybe it’s because they know full well that by sometime in December or January or February that $2, $3, $4, $5 or $6 will be a pittance in comparison?
Maybe they want to sell them when they reach a fair value? (Which below $7 clearly is not fair value to them.)
Sure…you can panic sell. You can follow the scare tactic dance of the day traders and manipulators. You can buy into the misleading and doubt inducing posts by the select known few who are repeatedly on here who are regularly at it. All those here looking to make a quick nickel, dime, quarter, buck.
Or you can just watch what the insiders are doing.
You know, those with far more information and far more skin in the game than any of us. The ones routinely meeting the targets they set. The ones who haven’t sold a single share.
THINK about it.
It makes me sleep soundly at night as an investor in Kontrol.

Sorry, Wilander, but this is not a great sales pitch because one could theorize that they were not allowed to because of blackouts due to always significant developments. But Paul was clear that the company is building itself for an attractive acquisition years down the road and the last presentation talked about the core business growth. BioCloud is a bonus, and a huge one at that.

For sure there are blackout periods. 100% But there are also periods they could sell. They didnt.
