Unless some party is working on a buyout at a specific price, nobody can know where the share price may go on any given announcement or an event. So, everything out there, especially something with an elaboration of how it is derived, ranges from wishful thinking or trying to get folk riled up. If it coincidentally hits, "I told you so".
