i hope biocloud is invoilved in this...but as we know there is a 99% chance it isnt. dumb government.

That article listed a whole bunch of programs so this is just more money. But, once it is split across different jurisdictions, I do not think that anyone will see the BioCloud at the top of their priority list especially if majority have not heard of it. Some will disagree but current visibility does not have any serious negotiation with the government in play right now. I would actually argue

I have a feeling the 800k from the government is coming soon.  Not that it's a whole lot of money, but may help the SP short term.
