Oddly enough the NR about the deal makes absolutely ZERO mention of ANY dispenseries. And they still have not even so much as a Cultivation License.
Also keep in mind they are NOT paying ANC in cash - they are giving them roughly 444,000,000 shares of a 4.5 cent CSE-listed stock (currently trading only at 3.5 cents) that they couldn't sell if they wanted to ... the deal makes no sense whatsover.
