I called the CSE today

We are indeed in the review stage of a change of bussiness. They wouldn't disclose how long that process takes.. but we are in the hands of the exchange now... hopefully we get back to market sooner then later... great luck to all...

They didn't give you any real information. We're working on it, cheques in the mail, we'll get back to you soon, and many other empty platitudes would have meant the same thing. Months to do a review means it's not going to happen because they are missing to much information, it's a ridiculous deal and won't fly, or they're investigating Paul Mann because of his past ...more

I prefer to not agree with rodeo and nay sayers... but, in this case, he seems right. They are too many questions and too many sketchy facts and like he says, perhaps even some being investigated. This time frame seems to lean towards the negative. It will not be worth the wait, it will be a dumpster fire at best. Missing documents or info is an easy thing to resolve in reasonable time. I expect a forced change of management, no change of business, and if and when trading resumes it will be a sell off to nothing.

The unfortunate part is that the poor folks that got convinced by the hype and promotion to buy into this scheme can't even sell and cut their losses ... its not even trading any more.

I spoke to the CSE not to long ago, their very much in the review stages. The individual said that sometimes it does take time because every change of business is different. A lot of questions are ask from the Form2A (Change of business) documents, which can take time.
