LOL KozmoT! Good Luck with that! How could you warn anyone on a stock that is halted? Were you going to broker deals for trades in a back alley? I would hazzard a guess that ANC did not abide by the conditions set forth and in turn AMS had to take the shareholders best interests when making the decision to cancel the deal. I am sure they would not cancel the deal if they did not have something

LOL, you were telling people the deal was great and gonna get done for ages.  AMS had exactly ONE iron in the fire. And now its gone.  And somehow i doubt it was up to AMS to terminate the deal.
