He said the only reason they cancelled the PP was because with the current stock price, it wasn't fair to the subscribers to pay .70. As such they issued he new price and he said the original subscribers are in for the new one. He specifically stated he expected to issue a release on either Monday or Tuesday indicating that is has closed. Good news. I asked him to do it before market on Monday so people don't sell out of concern! Onwards and upwards
