And, for someone in the banking industry you should know that they are not sending out the term sheets again. They are having to send out new subscription agreements to anyone inrterested in participating.
Will stand by what I said before...not everything has been explained to the public. This deal is very early compared to a some of the others. There are multiple deals that have raised between $40 and $60 million rather than a $2 million debenture and $6 million in equity.
