I think that theracann would have been a better fit if the first consultation didn't state that mgw needs a new everything. Sure theracann could have provided there engineering vision as to what the complex should look like along with an estimated build cost.
At that point I believe that a company should also be able to get a second option, which it also looks like what happened here.
The only thing I would like to think is that mgw paid up for the services received from theracann and move on.
Right now things are still all good, cause a worse conversation would be theracann split from mgw and now we have nothing. Instead we are wondering what happened and still moving forward.
