market for cannabis is still a bubble. why otherwise would you pay 60 million for a few greenhouses. getting 700-800 bucks a lbs would make them marginally profitable, once a few huge greenhouses start growing in california that will be the top end of prices.
You say "getting $700-800 per pound" like it was the rate agreed upon in the schedule when I believe the truth is $1200 per pound. If you look at any other producer, almost all of them are only producing in Canada and yet valued at multiples of 60 million. MGW is one of the most undervalued plays out there right now. Easy money.
If this is your first rodeo, then hop in and hold on. This will go higher just like when I rode Aurora and Tweed up. Management has clearly been busy orchestrating all of these moving parts and so hats off to them. I cannot believe that we only need to wait half of a year to be producing in California, Nevada and BC.
You could not pick 3 better places to grow on this continent. BC bud is well known around the world for quality, California has more citizens then several Kanatas, and Nevada is the city of sin. If you are buying now then you are getting in early. This industry is growing fast, and one day you will be able to buy cannabis just about anywhere and in many different forms. GLTA!
