I work in I.T., and stuff gets outdated. Again, they are a small company, and there is also the chance that their I.T. staff are busy getting ready for the upcoming changes. Even though it is a publicly traded company, I still think that if I was doing I.T. there the website would be the least of my priorities. It could just be one guy at this point, or a consulting company that tends to focus on their bigger clients more.
I do not see disorganized. I see busy.
