I thought I'd send an email and ask a few questions and I did get some answers.
Asked about:
Bubba- respone was that they do not have anything officially signed with Matt Berger.
Woodmere- was told that there will be a sign going up in about a week to indicate where the future site is going to be.
Apparently we are about 2 weeks away from receiving the building permits and then the foundation is to be started immediately after we get permits.
I asked about the well casing, Raymond said he knew nothing about it so it must have something to do with the nursery.
Thats all the info and clarification I can offer.
Be awesome to see something happening rather than doing the slow drive by the property.
