Article in the Province talks about the black market cultivators moving mainstream into working for the legal producers. They mention Kenneth Suydam ( https://www.thegrowthop.com/cannabis-business/from-illegal-to-legal-kenneth-suydams-approach-to-cultivating-award-winning-cannabis ) whom is the head of cultivation at Maple Leaf Green World.

People with expertise in MJ cultivation are becoming highly sought after with Canadian legalization and companies vying for a competitive advantage and what appears to be a softening of US laws governing MJ  use in the near future. The delays have already cost MGW the invaluable help and branding Bubba Kush could have brought to the table.

In retrospect, when Bubba was on board back in the beginning of 2017. If MGW committed to completing Telkwa, became Canadian licensed, and were able to bring Bubba Kush branding to market on legalization day. They would have been so far ahead and would have people wish cash in hand banging down their door with orders, that they would not be in this connundrum of panhandling to investors and financing companies. Regardless of revenue, the hype alone would have any PP oversubscribed and flush with cash.

IMHO, Raymond should move over as President and CEO. Perhaps be the CFO. They need someone in leadership who has the insight, ability and decision making skills to actually see something to completion. MGW has never been short of prospects, just short of focus and direction.

To put it in perspective, they have been in the application process for a license since August 2014 and been at stage 5 review since January 2017. UNBELIEVABLE!

My concern is that management has not learned from this debacle. They can be close to getting Telkwa operating and salvage what little credibility they have left to shareholders,  but instead they're looking at Nevada? WTF? I know ithe prospect is attractive, but it's like asking a hobo on his last dime to choose between caviar or filet mignon. Just crazy.
