Time For A Management Change The only real problem MGW has experienced over the past few years is the absolute mismanagement performed by the corporate management. If this was in the private sector the CEO and the complete Board of Directors would have been removed ages ago. It's amazing how much the shareholders have put up with. People have to start exercising their voting rights at the next AGM in order to advance this company; it's apparent management is unable to move forward. There appears to be a general lack of consideration towards the company owners...us!
Time to clean house.
