QC becomes more difficult as the square footage goes up unless you run a volunteer co-op where the help is unlimited with no payroll. Cannabis is not like picking an oragne and being able to wash it. Cannabis unfortunately is like a fly trap with the resin and trichomes. I said it before and will state it again someone will put that building to use for agri production. Hope its high potency cannabis. Whether MGW survives to use that building is totally unpredictable.
