RE: LV Baby. There is no indication that the CEO or so called Insiders have control of this Company. Maybe you should do some homeworlk before you express your opinion.
Last year the CEO received 23.3 million votes with 3.6 million withinheld. At that time there was approx. 145 million shares out standing. So if all of the insiders voted and supported him why wouldn't he receive more of a percentage? Do actually believe that he has control of the present day outstanding count of approx. 159.2 shares. Work the numbers out. The only thing that last years voting proved to me is that the vast majority of shareholders watch the down fall of MGW and don't take advantage of correcting our situation. We have the voting power to move our company in a positive direction. Do the right thing and vote. Now is the time!!
