debt financing. -- since it takes awhile for a facility to become profitable, and nobody will fund this management team.. so if they even get the debt financing, its just a quicker way to bankruptcy..

That was Mr. Lai just realizing now the stock is under 18cents  he’s buying as much time as he can this will get delayed we’ll into the new year . 5cents coming
