Looks like another great closing coming up on an exchange no one seems to know about.
Don't put off voting this time. This CEO and his choice of board members have ruined MGW. What announcements could the company make prior to the AGM, that could be regarded as serious and believable? They have to be replaced for the sake of the corporation.

Mgw will no longer be Mgw the Nursey will own that facility all they have to do is wait till Mgw is bankrupt the facility is on there land it makes no sense that the telkwa Nursey will let Mgw take over everything lol just a matter of time before they have a brand new facility on there land and Mgw doesn’t exist anymore . Don't think the Nursey would take it over lol but mgw will have to sell the building to pay back at least some of their debt for sure.....Wonder how the heck a man like Raymond can be CEO & chair of board for yrs haha

Sell the build on the nursery land ???? Lol not going to happen . The nursery will be the rightful owner when Mgw goes under . They could sell the land and the building give Raymond a couple million so he can take off to China It was big scam sell now

That's the tricky part of the business.....The nursery does own the land but not the building, they might be one the the many creditors of mgw as it was owed lease $$? So they will get paid a part of it once the building is sold but they won't get anything before that. Anyway....The last NR is another lie, how the heck r they going to get the $$$ to buy the land lol

They will own land and the facility by simply saying the land is not for sale what are they going to do ? Move the facility strip it down for parts ????
