Recent News Good sign seeing VERS VERS.n closed the 2nd tranche of their pp last week with the total gross proceeds raised under the first and second tranche = $10.7M. (VERS now increasing the pp up to $12.5M)
I think a lot of ppl are realizing the potential applications of VERS ‘s AI operating system and how it could revolutionize B2B business, especially in the supply chain space.
Proceeds are intended to be used for general working capital purposes with VERS still focused on converting their 5 active pilots to full contracts. IMO one to keep an eye on.
