Comment: A mine plan (small mine) has been developed and submitted. This plan is not the correct size and been de-risked?
(vii) the design and operating parameters for the Pebble Project mine plan, including projected capital and operating costs,
Comment : A mine plan has been completed. Wouldn't the plan be supported by a preliminary design and operating parameters which allow reasonally definitive capital and operating costs? Where are the reserve statistics as based from a compliant Preliminary or Final Feasibility Study?
(ix) if permitting is ultimately secured, the ability to demonstrate that the Pebble Project is commercially viable,
Comment: Feasibility Study "Modifying Factors"? The proponent plans on never releasing mineral reserves statistics until tens of permits are secured as funded by a jv partner?
Can anyone better explain these items?
