Why would Barrick go to Pakistan w/ Pebble in AK?

Because they know the deposit is uneconomic to mine without possibly mining the entire resource? Mining by underground methods may also be unacceptable?

Why no interest from any major miner even with low share prices and elevated commodity prices?

Why is the proponent not disclosing the royalty partner?

Why isn't a portion of the new funds specifically dedicated to completing a Preliminary or Final Feasibility Study?
