We have been hung out to dry.

The news to me is crippling, the project on one hand is worked class! On the other hand it seems everybody in government is working against the project. This deal if it ever gets legs under it will take YEARS to materialize. I need 5X+ to B/E and from this latest NR that's not happening. Massive disappointment!

The project cannot be "world class" if its uneconomic to develop under the current denied USACE permit/ROD and associated mine plan/EIS.  It appears their "small mine plan" permit strategy failed. For that matter, mining the entire resource may be uneconomic. Until a compliant third-party Feasibility Study (with Modifying Factors) is completed releasing proven ...more
