RE: Band deal---thanks. I thought it did close, and that it would be an advantage to the company if they had the band in the area as investors...hence they would get the band support for mining the tungsten and any permits for the new mine..etc....the native bands can make or break a mining company up north...hence the thelon basin is very risky due to the native band factor
