https://www.pretivm.com/investors/regulatory-filings/default.aspx On this page click on the box "SEDAR".
And you get a list of the SEDAR filings for Pretium. There choose and click on
"Jun 5 2020 17:21:23 ET Preliminary short form prospectus - English PDF"
And after confirming a security box of SEDAR you get the original documet completly on your screen.
It is a bigger one, 71 pages. I myself will take a look on it on weekend.
BTW: Sedar also shows an official receipt for this document which says:

Form Base Shelf Prospectus of the above Issuer dated June 5, 2020 (the preliminary
prospectus).
This receipt also evidences that the Ontario Securities Commission has issued a receipt for the
preliminary prospectus.
The preliminary prospectus has been filed under Multilateral Instrument 11-102 Passport System
in Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Quebec, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward
Island, Newfoundland and Labrador, Yukon, Nunavut and Northwest Territories. A receipt
for the preliminary prospectus is deemed to be issued by the regulator in each of those
jurisdictions, if the conditions of the Instrument have been satisfied.
