Little doubt that it will be the stink price offer from Newcrest for all our Pretium gold .
Plus the "Net Smelter Royalties", we hold on the 29 million (!!) oz Snowfield gold !??. A simple attempt to cheat us PVG shareholders with a lousy offer. It may be soon stated by Newcrest into legal language.
Fits also with the hasty timetable set by the O'Brien gang, these evil slaughters of Pretium. (See my former posting).
Can the Ontario Security Commision say "No" to this "Newwcrest's intention"? I guess not. But who knows, what legal things may be pending against Newcrest at the Ontario Sec. Commission.
It is clearly against Canadian interests, to transfer our long term future profits and the tax duties from these profits from the pure Canadian Incorporation "Pretium" to a "tax tricky" international Mining player, who has not a very shiny reputation. Who demonstrates his barely legal tricks just with this ongoing hasty stink offer.

The Issuer acknowledges that it must satisfy all applicable qualification criteria prior to filing a preliminary short form prospectus. This notice does not evidence the Issuer’s intent to file a short form prospectus, to enter into any particular financing or transaction or to become a reporting issuer in any jurisdiction. This notice will remain in effect until withdrawn by the Issuer.

Voting "No" for us shareholders should be possible around the first two weeks of the new year. Normal shareholders should get voting material from their broker. My guess is sometimes between Christmas and New Year we should receive it. Let us wait also for this Newcrest short form prospectus.
Official date for the PVG shareholders "Special Meeting" was announced by the O`Brien gang for January 20, 2022. Strangely this announcement was not made on the PVG Webpage but only "hidden" on SEDAR... It is an evil game that they play with us PVG shareholders !
